Nonprofit Solutions Consultant (Sales)

The Nonprofit Solutions Consultant is responsible for managing the entire sales cycle of new customers, from prospecting to close. You will utilize outbound techniques (emails, cold calls, social media outreach, networking events & conference attendance) to build and grow your pipeline, perform lead qualification, conduct demos, and close deals.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for a geographic territory and all nonprofit organizations located there of which we seek to partner.

Director of Strategic Partnerships

Nonprofit Business Development

You will be in daily contact with leading nonprofit organizations nationwide and you will set up information-only bookings for sessions to help these organizations become better acquainted with Giveffect's 10 software systems. YOU ARE NOT SELLING ANYTHING ON THESE CALLS. These are information-only bookings.

This is a very call heavy role but does not require former cold-calling experience. Nonprofit annd/or cold calling background is a plus. Using industry best practices and modern sales tools, you’ll identify and target potential nonprofit clients within clearly defined verticals and set up information-only demonstrations.

Client Success Representative

The Client Success Representative is a support specialist and is mainly responsible for conversing with clients via live chat & email. Support Specialists resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner for highly customizable Giveffect products.

While the primary function of this role is to respond to client requests via online chat and email, additional responsibilities include performing small data migrations, triaging system issues, collaborating internally to ensure items are resolved with the highest quality, and providing cause and resolution details to customers. Data Migration Analyst

The Nonprofit Data Migration Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and migrating data from multiple sources into the Giveffect database. This may include the need to design, write, and/or execute ad-hoc functions, scripts, and processes that are required to transform datasets in Excel and CSV.

The ideal candidate will learn our process for data collection, implementation, and will help improve our strategy. Responsibilities
  • Reviews, tracks, and documents compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training, continuing education, and work assessments. This may include safety training, anti-harassment training, professional licensure, and aptitude exams and certifications.
  • Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
  • Conducts or acquires background checks and employee eligibility verifications as necessary.
  • Implements new hire orientation and employee recognition programs.
  • Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development.
  • Handles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.
  • Attends and participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
  • Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
  • Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
Compensation Package
  • $55,000 - $70,000 USD
  • Bonus (2 times/year)
