Challenge
Ronald McDonald House of the Greater Hudson Valley (RMHGHV) faced significant challenges with resource allocation processing. Due to fragmented software systems, team members struggled to gather accurate information for room allocation processing. When team members ran reports, vital data such as occupancy and waitlists were frequently excluded, making it difficult to manage guests appropriately. Additionally, RMHGHV struggled with tracking their online donations as they used multiple systems to create event and fundraising pages.

With this tool, RMHGHV supporters could easily purchase tickets for the event, make donations, or volunteer through the same campaign webpage. Additionally, supporters were able to easily share these pages with their friends and family members. This streamlined approach resulted in a significant increase in RMHGHV’s overall donation amounts within a single year.
Results
