- Giveffect, the leading all-in-one nonprofit management software, today announced the Giveffect Software Grant Program to help selected nonprofits accelerate digital transformation and realize significant gains in fundraising and community building.
New York, New York (September 15, 2022)—Giveffect, the leading all-in-one nonprofit management software, today announced the Giveffect Software Grant Program to help selected nonprofits accelerate digital transformation and realize significant gains in fundraising and community building.
“Many nonprofits use an average of four disparate technologies, spreadsheets, and even pen and paper, to piece together all the functions they need to manage their nonprofit. These systems don’t speak to each other, causing inefficiencies and frustrations across already stretched teams,” said Yulia Zhernovaya, Head of Strategy and Operations at Giveffect. “We’re committed to using our grants program to equip small and medium-size nonprofits with everything they need to advance effective strategies to impact their missions and communities they serve.”
Grantees will benefit from a one-year subscription to the Giveffect all-in-one CRM solution, including online giving, donor management, volunteer management, email marketing, events management, and fundraising and auction management.
Grantees will receive personalized support and education to fully leverage the technology to meet their fundraising goals and better address their mission. There will also be opportunities to learn best practices directly from other nonprofits.
The Giveffect Software Grants program will accept applications quarterly for a limited number of awards. The upcoming deadline for grant applications is October 31, 2022. Awardees will be notified by December 1, 2022, and the program will start on January 2, 2023.
Within the application process, Giveffect will look for how each organization will use the software to better address its mission, build or foster growth within a community, and provide additional services to its constituents.
Giveffect will host free, virtual workshops where nonprofits will learn how to apply for the software grant.
Grant Program Eligibility Includes:
- 501(c)3 charitable organizations (as defined by the Internal Revenue Services).
- Organizations must demonstrate fiscal responsibility, defined by adherence to general accounting standards.
- Be inclusive and embrace diversity; do not discriminate in service delivery and employment, including ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, or religion.
- Must have an annual operating budget of up to $800,000.
